I am Alan Earl Perez IV. I acquired a nice one owner single story beach house north from Woodston, ME. My family and I have absolutely enjoyed owning that house since 1998. In my opinion this beach house is a wonderful bungalow. I would highly recommend this bungalow to everyone.
